1.The translation fee will be paid when we have already completed your work. We will notify you when we have finished your work in order for you to pay us the translation fee. After we have recieved the translation fee, we will send you the translation.

2.The translation fee shall be calculated using a count of words in the source language, the complexity of the text, and the number of
the page translated regardless of it being
a translation from Thai into English or vice versa. However, they will not exceed or be below the agreed fee stated in the Service Fee section.

3.In case of extreme precision, technical
documents shall be accompanied by reference documents supplied by the client.
